>> Is your username and password correct?

A common problem when connecting to the service is that the username and password have been entered incorrectly, please make sure you have entered them correctly, please note that the username and password are case sensitive.

>> Is your computer setup properly for Langtoft.net?

If you cannot connect make sure that you are getting the screen shown here.

>> Is your Wireless Access Point plugged in and switched on?

Have you recently turned off your Wireless Access Point? You will need to turn it on to be able to receive the broadband service.

>> Do you use a network hub? Is it plugged in and switched on?

If you have more than one computer on the network it will be quite likely that you are connected via a network hub. This has to be turned on or you will not get an interent feed from the Wireless Access Point.

>> Have you recently upgraded or bought a new computer?

If your computer is brand new it is likely that your Langtoft.net settings are not configured, please use this guide to connect to the system, or this guide to setup your e-mail accounts.
